Miranda, the owner of Gluten Freedom Bakery, was diagnosed with celiac disease in May of 2011. She had to figure out on her own how to get around her dietary needs and restrictions. After staying home after her son was born, she decided to go back to work to fill a need for gluten-free foods in Texas.
In May 2014, Miranda set up her first booth and nearly sold out her very first table. Miranda had been baking goods from her home and delivering to 6 local area businesses. Her business continued to grow and she consistently receives a list of requests for new products. In September 2017, Miranda opened her commercial kitchen and is able to bake on an even larger scale.
